I agree specifically with your “Millennials” section; it is important for X-ers to act as mentors for the Millennials. Take five minutes out of your day each week to stop by their desk to show the Millennials you are not too busy to check in, provide advice, or answer a question or two. This approach will benefit both parties in the long-run and will form a symbiotic workplace relationship.
