Thanks for the post & video, I'm going to check out the book.

There has been so many times the rational choice was the wrong choice; on paper it might seem better, in the end I was happier to go with my guts.

I still remember when I was 5, I took an hour to pick a toy to buy at a toy store ... in the end, I picked the one that I had my eye on along when I went in.

Analysis Paralysis was one of my biggest issue, which leads to no decision ... no action; Many times the decision become too late & I end up with nothing.

Nowadays, I begin to trust my guts after some amount of analysis; it seems to work better & less regrets.

@Ian: Good to see you again, and thanks for sharing your experience with this. Great to see a real-world application!
