Great advice, Alexandra, and I know having created and moderated 89 panels since 1995 in the narrow HR technology space.

The only point I would add is to know which questions each panelist doesn't want to touch to get past the fear of "Oh, God, what if she calls on me and I have nothing to say?!?"
