Ridding these toxic people can be liberating. It's not worth depreciating self-worth for a few extra dollars in the long run (given the problem they create causing you to waste your valuable time on). I will feature this article to pair mentioning my essay (http://blog.sysil.com/2010/10/20/dealing-with-toxic-friends-and-relationships/) again.

I am curious what you would do if this were a 50/50 partnership situation and the company was clearly suffering at the expense of two partners who won't deal with each other anymore?
