Great insights. But many stupid managers still have no clues about this coming generation who're going disrupt the business as we know. They still don't believe in the power of blogs, social networking tool, or twitter. They are still demanding ROI for every thing employees do or engage in. I have first hand experience working in a Fortune 100 company
