As many of you know, I published a new edition of my first book, They Don't Teach Corporate in College - A Twenty-Something's Guide to the Business World in April. Since then, you guys have asked a lot of terrific questions, which I've answered in this video. In this edition, I cover:
1) How can I negotiate an offer for my first job in a difficult market?
2) Does it matter what I major in in college, and what do you think about going to grad school?
3) How can I have a strong corporate persona without being fake, and how should I act around my work friends compared to personal friends?

I found this a very nice video. I suggest for the next time however, moving your webcam about six inches higher (or raise the base of your laptop about six inches higher) and the angle might be a little nicer.
Great talk, though.

@Paloma: Thanks for the tip, as you can tell, I'm new to this. I already made a few of these, but for #4 I will follow your advice for sure!
